CT scan shows multiple bilateral renal stones, bigger on the left.
Right proximal ureteric stone promoting mild hydronephrosis and a migrated left double J stent.
Case Discussion
A ureteric stent is widely placed for urinary tract obstruction for a range of indications. Rarely the stent migrates.
The right flank pain in this patient was caused by right ureteral calculus.
