Missing IUCD string and vague abdominal pain

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Migration of an IUCD outside the uterus, into the peritoneal cavity, in the anterior cul-de-sac, uterus is normal-sized and the endometrial cavity is empty.
