The femoral fixation screw has migrated out of its osseous tunnel and lies posterior to the femur.
The tibial fixation screw has migrated medially and posteriorly out its osseous tunnel but remains intraosseous.
Background changes of osteoarthritis, predominantly affecting the medial tibiofemoral compartment.
Case Discussion
Migration or failure of fixation materials is a common complication of ACL repair.
