Presentation

Weight loss, back pain.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

CT of chest

ct

Multiple rounded, well-defined micronodules, homogeneously distributed in both lungs. 
Signs of lymphangitis in the right upper lobe.
Multiple osteolytic lesions in the osseous segments of the examination.

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates a miliary extension of metastasis from a cancer not determined by this study. Differential diagnosis should include thyroid, melanoma or renal cancer.
