Multiple micro-nodules in a miliary pattern.
Case Discussion
The term miliary opacities refers to innumerable small 1 - 4mm diameter pulmonary nodules scattered throughout the lungs.
Unfortunately we did not have feedback with further clinical details from this patient. The main differentials for this patients would be a metastatic lung involvement or an infectious process such as tuberculosis.
