Hemoptysis, dysphagia, and dysphonia. From India.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Innumerable tiny pulmonary nodules are seen along with a small left pleural effusion.

Enlarged right paratracheal, aortopulmonary and subcarinal lymph nodes.

Innumerable tiny nodules are scattered throughout both lungs. In the left lower lobe anteriorly and laterally there are 2 regions of focal consolidation.  There are multiple enlarged mediastinal lymph nodes.  Hilar and axillary lymph nodes are not enlarged.
