History of fever, cough and weight loss. Positive Family history of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Diffuse, tiny nodules scattered throughout both lungs in a miliary pattern.

Case Discussion

Miliary tuberculosis is an uncommon pulmonary manifestation of tuberculosis.

Military opacities can be seen in a wide variety of disease processes.
