There are diffuse miliary nodules demonstrated throughout both lung fields.

The left testis demonstrates multiple hypoechoic regions and an enlarged left epididymal head.
Case Discussion
This case of a 17 year old male with miliary Tb demonstrates involvement of both the lungs and testes. It is important to note that the epididymis is enlarged as this is the initial point of involvement of the testis.
