obstructive jaundice since few days, referred for further assessment of diffuse intrahepatic biliary duct dilatation seen on ultrasound.

Two gallstones are seen near the gallbladder neck, the largest of which is exerting extrinsic compression on the adjacent common hepatic duct, causing moderate diffuse intra-hepatic bile ducts dilatation.
Incidental note is made of fundal adenomyomatosis and splenomegaly.
