Misplaced endotracheal tube

Note how the airway is free of tubes and the topography of the esophagus shows the endotracheal cannula and the passage of the enteral tube. The esophagus is distended and there is a mass effect and narrowing of the upper airway.
Left PICC line is in correct position; Right PICC line is in right atrium.
Symmetrical diffuse reticulonodular opacities are see . There's a subtle consolidation in right upper lobe with air bronchograms associated.
Case Discussion
The diagnosis was confirmed by the attending physicians and the endotracheal cannula repositioned.
