Case contributed by Radswiki

No breath sounds on the left post intubation.

Note: This case has been tagged as "legacy" as it no longer meets image preparation and/or other case publication guidelines.

Endotracheal tube (ETT) tip projects over the right main bronchus. Complete whiteout of the left hemithorax in keeping with collapse in this setting.

ETT has been pulled back and is now appropriately positioned with the tip in between the medial heads of the clavicles. Left lung has re-expanded.
