Chest X-ray for NG tube position.

Patient Data

Age: 90 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

The NG tube deviates to the right at the level of the carina and the tip is seen projected over the right hemidiaphragm, likely in the right lower lobe of the lung. It must be removed immediately.
