Intrauterine gestational sac is seen measured about 3 cm (8 w 1 d) showing non-viable fetal pole measured ~9 mm (6 w 6 d) with no fetal pulsations could be detected.
The cervix shows a simple cyst measured 0.9 x 0.7 cm (nabothian cyst).
Left ovary shows a cystic lesion with clear central contents and hypoechoic periphery, measured 2.3 cm, likely a corpus luteum of pregnancy.
