Mammography (report BIRADS 1). Further assessment with ultrasound recommended on the grounds of dense fibroglandular tissue.
Mammograms only available on CD-ROM (JPEG) were re-evaluated and properly processed, revealing the presence of multiple foci of microcalcifications.
Previous screening mammograms to compare aren't available .

Patient underwent targeted magnification mammograms properly processed that reveals multiple foci of microcalcifications bilaterally.
Case Discussion
This patient was referred to a breast surgeon after an MRI (not shown). Histology was DCIS - multicentric, multifocal, bilateral.
