Missed miscarriage with echogenic yolk sac

PV bleeding in early pregnancy. LMP 9 weeks ago.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Absent cardiac activity in a fetus with a crown-rump length of 8.8 mm is diagnostic of pregnancy failure.  Note the associated findings of a small, echogenic yolk sac and a perigestational hemorrhage.
