Cardiomegaly with left atrial enlargement.
Two Mitraclips projecting over mitral valve.
Mild bilateral pulmonary oedema. Minor blunting of the left costophrenic angle, likely due to trace pleural effusion.
Distal clavicle osteolysis bilaterally.
Case Discussion
Mitraclip device is used to stablize mitral valve leaflets in cases of regurgitation when patient is not a good operative candidate.
