Mitral valve replacement

There is a new small right pleural effusion, extending to the right horizontal and major fissures. The lungs are otherwise clear, other than minor right upper paramediastinal linear opacity consistent with post-radiation changes. There is no focal consolidation to suggest pneumonia.
Cardiomediastinal contour is normal. Mitral valve replacement, sternotomy wires and upper abdominal surgical clips noted.
