Large left internal and external laryngocele with significant extrinsic mass effect on the larynx.
Further small right internal and external laryngocele.
A small volume of soft tissue is seen bulging into the anterior subglottis; it is unclear whether this corresponds to a laryngeal lesion or the appearance is due to the marked distortion of the normal laryngeal soft tissues.
