Molar Tooth Sign secondary from prominent thickened elongated superior cerebellar peduncles.

Case Discussion

The molar tooth sign was initially described in Joubert syndrome and related disorders (JSRD) 2, but is now recognized to occur in a number of other conditions, e.g. nephronophtisis, hepatic fibrosis and in Cogan's syndrome
