Cystic cochlear apex with cystic dilatation of both vestibular aqueducts and narrowed cochlear apertures. The rest of the study is unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Preoperative work-up shows typical Mondini malformation on both sides.
The next step includes MRI of the ear to evaluate both 8th cranial nerves.
