Focal occlusive thrombosis of penile dorsal superficial vein of the penis.
Case Discussion
Superficial thrombophlebitis of the penile dorsal superficial vein.
Possible etiologies: trauma, sexual activity, exercise, malignancy.
Prognosis: resolves in 4-6 weeks with no long term sequalae.
