Right radio-capitellar dislocation and plastic deformity of the right ulna. Large right elbow joint effusion.

This case demonstrates a plastic deformity of the ulna (with a comparison view of the contralateral side) along with the radio-capitellar dislocation, in keeping with a Monteggia fracture-dislocation on the right.
