Morgagni hernia

X-ray

Frontal radiograph of chest shows a lobulated radio opacity in the right paracardaic region silhouetting the right cardiac border likely suggesting its position to be anterior.

Differentials include cardiophernic fat pad, Morgagni's hernia, pericardial cyst, lymphandenopathy & focal diaphragmatic eventration, 

CT

There is focal defect in the antero medial diaphragm with herniation of omentum into the right thoracic cavity with minimal collapse of the underlying lung.

Case Discussion

Anteromedial parasternal defect (space of Larrey), Occurs due to mal development of septum transversum.
