Coronal and sagittal CT shows a right-sided Morgagni hernia containing omental fat and epiploic vessels. Hiatal hernia is also noted.

Case Discussion

Foramen of Morgagni is a triangular space located between the muscular fibers of the xiphisternum and the costal margin fibers that insert into the central tendon of hemidiaphragm. Protrusion of any structure through this anterior foramen is known as the Morgagni’s hernia.
