Region of distortion of the fat planes between 2nd and 3rd metatarsal heads consistent with a small Morton's neuroma.

Small Morton's neuroma between 2nd and 3rd metatarsal heads.
Example of the usefulness of a T1 sequence in detecting pathology. This lesion was not seen on the PD or T2 sequences.
