There is a 15*25 mm abnormal signal soft tissue mass (T1 isointense to muscle) at the third web space between the 3rd and 4th metatarsal heads suggestive for Morton neuroma.
Case Discussion
Morton neuroma is an abnormal soft-tissue mass located between the 3rd and 4th metatarsal heads (3rd web space) which is T1 isointense to muscle (although Morton neuroma is widely used to describe any interdigital neuroma). The tissue bulges inferiorly and superiorly to appear "figure of eight" or dumbbell-shaped.
