Presentation

Patient comes to the examination with a history of bronchiolitis.

Mosaic attenuation pattern that is accentuated after the expiration associated with peripheral tree-in-bud pattern micro-nodules suggesting peripheral mucoid impaction.

Case Discussion

The findings are non-specific, but in keeping with constrictive bronchiolitis.

A mosaic attenuation pattern is a patchwork of regions of differing attenuation seen on CT scans.
