Symmetrical hyperintensities along bilateral corticospinal tracts. Subtle hypointensities are seen in bilateral precentral gyri on GRE and T2 images.
Non-specific T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are seen in subcortica white matter of right frontal lobe.
Case Discussion
The imaging findings and clinical history suggest likelihood of motor neuron disease eg. amyotropic lateral sclerosis.
