Case Discussion

Angiography was performed in a patient with right sylvian fissure SAH with a suspicion of MCA aneurysm.

DSA revealed severe stenosis of Intracranial ICA with Moyamoya pattern of collateral vessels.

There is a tight stenosis at the left vertebral origin

Final diagnosis: Moya moya phenomenon
