Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Marked lateralisation of the patella, gonarthrosis, effusion / haemarthrosis and remnants of Osgood-Schlatter disease, and a fabella, too.

Tear of the medial patello-femoral ligament (MPFL) and the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).

Effusion/haemarthrosis.

Marked lateralisation of the patella.

Medial meniscal tear is evident .

Remnants of Osgood-Schlatter disease.
