Presentation

The patient presented with knee pain, reporting he fell on his knee in a dancing accident.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Marked lateralization of the patella, gonarthrosis, effusion / hemarthrosis and remnants of Osgood-Schlatter disease, and a fabella, too.

Tear of the medial patellofemoral ligament (MPFL) and the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Fracture of the medial patella. 

Effusion/hemarthrosis. Numerous intra-articular bodies. 

Marked lateralization of the patella.

Medial meniscal tear is evident .

Remnants of Osgood-Schlatter disease.
