Presentation

Fever associated with jaundice. A history of cholecystectomy followed by choledocho-jejunostomy one year earlier.

Patient Data

Age: 40 years
Gender: Female

Choledochojejunostomy. 

MRI showed dilated common bile duct. Normal intrahepatic biliary radicals. Normal anastomotic junction and normal jejunum.

Case Discussion

The case was treated as cholangitis.
