- In the left ovary a 75 x 65 x 55 mm cystic lesion is seen, showing enhancing internal septae and wall irregularity.
- Poorly defined hypodense lesion in the myometrium of the uterus, likely fibroid.
- About 15 mm hypodense cystic lesion in the cervix, in line with a Nabothian cyst.
- Other: small liver and kidney cysts, focal deposit or third inflow in segment 4 of the liver. Morphological variant of the celiac trunk.
Case Discussion
The left ovarian lesion was resected in toto, histopathology proved mucinous ovarian cystadenofibroma (intestinal subtype).
