Two large abnormal signal solid cystic heterogeneous enhancing ovarian masses with water restriction measuring about 50*95 mm and 110*170 mm at the left and right sides respectively
Ascites and peritoneal enhancement with nodularity
Uterus didelphys
Nabothian cysts at the uterine cervix.
Case Discussion
In this case, the patient underwent surgical resection and the histopathological result was compatible with mucinous ovarian neoplasm with peritoneal carcinomatosis.
