Diffusely thickened anterior cruciate ligament appearing hyperintense on PD fat sat images.
Subtle altered signal in suprapatellar fat pad which can possibly be related to suprapatellar fat pad impingement.
Case Discussion
Diffusely thickened anterior cruciate ligament appearing hyperintense on PD fat sat images consistent with mucoid degeneration. Differential diagnosis with such finding would be low-grade sprain of the anterior cruciate ligament. However, there was no associated history of trauma.
