Presentation

Cervical pain less palpable mass on physical exam.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

Multiple small lymphadenopathies are seen at bilateral neck spaces.
A large mass in favor of conglomerated lymphadenopathies is present at anterior mediastinum.
Both kidneys are enlarged and contains multiple hypodense masses.
A few small lymphadenopathies are also observed at para-aortic regions.

Post chemotherapy control CT scan after 3 months

The process is completely subsided compared to prior CT scan.

Case Discussion

Multi systemic lymphoma occurs commonly with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The majority have intermediate or high-grade lymphomas including Burkitt and histiocytic varieties. Most are B-cell lymphoma.
