Marked multi-cystic encephalomalacia with ex-vacuo dilatation of ventricular system is seen in the supra-tentorial brain parenchyma. Cerebellum and brainstem appear unremarkable.
Case Discussion
The features are suggestive of multi-cystic encephalomalacia, secondary to extensive previous brain insult.
