Multiple well-circumscribed lesions throughout the liver parenchyma, T1 and T2 hyperintense signal with decreased signal intensity in T2 Fat Sat and out of phase sequences. There is no diffusion restriction in DWI/ADC sequences, with homogeneous uptake of contrast in the entire liver.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with multifocal nodular hepatic steatosis, an uncommon finding mimicking hepatic metastases.
