Large hepatic mass with marked arterial enhancement is seen in the right lobe. There are also several small masses with arterial enhancement in both the right and left lobes of the liver. On the portal venous phase, washout is detectable in the lesions.
Case Discussion
The findings of the CT are compatible with multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma.
