Large hepatic mass with marked enhancement is seen at the right lobe. There is also several small mass with early enhancement at the both right and left lobes of the liver. On delayed phase washout is detectable at the lesions. Right portal vein involved with tumor thrombosis.
The findings of the CT are compatible with hypervascular hepatic neoplasm. Appropriate Histology investigation confirmed the diagnosis of multifocal hepatocellular carcinoma.
