Multiple ground glass density rounded nodules and micronodules in a random distribution, measuring between 1 and 5 mm in diameter, with a peripheral and upper lobe predominance. No cystic lung disease to suggest LAM.
Case Discussion
Known benign pulmonary manifestation of TS which can occur in men or women, with limited clinical significance and no known malignant potential. Can occur with or without LAM.
