Multifocal papillary bladder tumors

Very large vascular papillary masses projecting into the bladder lumen, with two large masses near the base and smaller mass near the dome containing small flecks of calcification. Right bladder base mass partially obstructs the right ureter at the ureterovesicular junction. No adenopathy or solid organ metastases.
