Presentation

Poor urinary stream. History of long standing catheterization.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Retrograde urethrography and VCUG reveal a 17 mm stricture at the bulbomembranous segment and a 45 mm uneven stricture at the penobulbar segment of the urethra. 

The prostatic segment appears normal.
