Multifocal urethral strictures in a patient with hypospadias

Presentation

History of long standing catheterization due to hypospadias.

Patient Data

Age: 65 years
Gender: Male

The patient has hypospadias and retrograde urethrogram reveals several uneven strictures at anterior urethra accompanied by mild contrast media leakage at inferior aspect.

On voiding cystourethrogram focal short segment stricture is evident at bladder neck. Urinary bladder shows wall thickening and irregularity with some outpouching, inferring diverticula. Post-voiding residue is present.
