The right frontoparietal region demonstrates a subcortical cluster of nodular lesions located in the inner surface of the cortex and the superficial white matter. These lesions elicit high signal intensity on both T2WI's and FLAIR. There is no contrast enhancement, restricted diffusion or mass effect.
Case Discussion
MRI findings are highly suggestive of multinodular and vaculating neuronal tumor (MVNT).
