Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Episode headache and absence seizure

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Nodular lesions located on the subcortical ribbon and superficial subcortical white matter, in the right frontal lobe, hyperintense in T2w weight, not suppress on FLAIR,
The bubble pattern is best rated in heavy T2w sequences not enhance on T1w with
gadolinium, isointensity in the map of apparent diffusion coefficient.

Follow up after 3 months

The subcortical nodular lesions and superficial subcortical white matter still remain at the level of the right frontal lobe without significant changes compared to the previous study. Adding a MRS study within normal parameters.

Case Discussion

Based on the characteristic pattern of the lesion and the lack of progression, the patient remained without symptoms, it was suggested as a probable diagnosis of multinodular and vacuolating neuronal tumor.
