Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

Multinodular goiter with largest nodule in the right lobe measuring 33mm and being predominantly solid but complex. Total thyroid volume = 35.5 cc. 

Pertechnetate

Nuclear medicine

Heterogeneously mild increased uptake in the right lobe of the thyroid without discrete hot or cold nodule evident.
