Soft tissue neck swelling with tracheal deviation to the right side suggesting thyroid lesion likely multinodular goiter.

The thyroid gland appears enlarged more on the left side. It extends caudally to the left to be intrathoracic mediastinal location. It has hypodense non enhancing areas of breaking down and degeneration.It causes tracheal compression snd dispalcement to the right side.
