Findings was changed:

Numerous small variable sizes cysts are seen scattered within both hepatic lobes.They. They appear low on T1 and high signals on T2 and STIR sequences. No post contrast enhancement. No biliary tree obstruction. The MRI findings represent biliary hamartomas
