Innumerable tiny T2W hyperintense cystic lesions are noted in both lobes of the liver with no obvious communication with the biliary tract suggestive of biliary hamartomas or von Meyenburg complex.

Multiple biliary hamartomas are considered as rare benign malformations of the intrahepatic bile ducts.
